Whether you’re trying to warm up or cool down, I’ve found that this cocktail pretty much is a pleaser in any season. This past Saturday I had the pleasure of dining at Schiller’s Liquor Bar. As the name indicates, Schiller’s cocktails are top-notch. I scrolled the cocktails list and couldn’t resist ordering a Pimm’s Cup. This spicy and flavorful cocktail has just the right amount of kick.

Schiller’s makes theirs with Pimm’s No. 1, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, fresh mint and cucumber. If you’re feeling adventurous here’s another recipe from Bon Appetit with ginger beer (which I love!).
