don’t worry so is the majority of the New York universe. In fact in a city like ours where stable plans are an endangered species in themselves, it’s hard to think of someone only having one idea for a Saturday evening. Usually it involves of an itinarary of such…so and so’s birthday party, followed by so and so’s comedy/performance/concert/have to see my friend in this piece event, followed by more dinner and/or drinks and or any of the above. Maybe it’s just me but I have a hard time saying no to a handful of invitations that if possible I could and would attend to wholeheartedly.
Since I can’t, I choose to focus and earnestly proclaim the funnest (and yes its a word) highlight of my upcoming weekend. Soulive at Brooklyn Bowl. Mmmmhmmm and I know you’re intrigued. How could you honestly go wrong? Bowling…a concert…again it is pretty much a combination of overwhelming entertainment and yes drinking is involved. Literally foolproof and fun; and don’t tell me you have ventured out to Brooklyn as much as you have wanted to in the past month because I know what the weather has been like in Manhattan and I know you haven’t. So grab your tix, hop on the L train, and I’ll see you on Sat…if you know what’s good for you!
